OEM Development

WynDel Design Solutions provides OEM design and assembly of equipment to meet their respective equipment or process needs. WynDel produces OEM equipment for; the aquatic industry – RAS functionality, pumping systems with/without flow control, material handling and conveying for lumber applications and feed milling processes, heating/cooling assemblies and micro ingredient applications.

General Duty

WynDel assembled general duty panel is designed for the basic control of equipment using various methods of operating devices from pushbuttons to ultrasonic control. This style panel is available in either single or multiple panel construction as well as optional cover mounted controls, meters and indicators. All panels are CSA approved, tested and ready for field installation.

Motor Control

Wyndel assembled motor control centers are made field ready in either generic motor sizes or specifically tailored to the customer needs. Each cabinet is equipment ready with remote and/or local cabinet controls installed for end user operation. All motor controllers are complete with IEC rated contactors however, NEMA rated contactors are available upon customer request.

Automatic/Process Control

WynDel produces a ProSys 2000 series cabinet made for the control and operation of new and/or existing equipment. Customer control and monitoring of operations is accomplished using local, remote or touch screen control panels tailored to the meet customer needs. This unit is also configurable to interconnect with motor control centers by WynDel, A-B, Square D, Eaton or Moller

Using digital and analog field devices the ProSys 2000 controls motors to keep process lines or equipment running at all times. Automatic sequential startup / shutdown coupled to process and sequence safety, this system is ideal for any customer wishing to maximize operating uptime and increase throughput. Manual override of each system is provided for ease of maintenance and troubleshooting. Whether pumping, conveying or processing, the ProSys 2000 will optimize customer labour and provide maximum equipment capacities as required. Remote computer monitoring and control is available and allows management and staff to follow the process as well as view alarm conditions either on site or by remote computer log on.

Equipment Supply

WynDel also supplies controls and equipment for conveyor systems (screw, drag, roller, chain), pumps (impellor, vertical turbine, lift station, air blower), equipment (product elevator, shaker, mixer, roller, hoist, palletizer, stacker, planer) and much more.

Control components are also available; PLC’s, VFD’s, Soft Starts, motor control, relays, electronic sensors etc.
